6am-2:30pm M-F schedule

Typically, perform cooking duties in preparing food items to be served to customers or patients.

Short order cooking.

Read food order or receive verbal instructions on food required by patron or patient, and prepare and cook food according to instructions

Follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing salads, sandwiches, desserts and other foods for patients and guests.

Prepare foods by operating a variety of kitchen equipment to measure and mix ingredients, washing, chopping, and slicing fruits, vegetables, and meats.

Accountable for safety of equipment operation

Prepare and cook food items in accordance to meet regulatory guidelines

May at times include a mix of duties including supply stocking, record keeping, catering, line serving, cleaning, and participate in performance improvement
