Responsibilities:

• Serve as an analyst on cross-functional matrix teams, recognized as a staff-level expert in a specialized area of mission delivery or support
• Research complex administrative regulations and policies and formulates suggested courses of action for leadership decision based on the findings
• Plan and conduct meetings and maintain ongoing liaisons with clients, staff, and external partners and organizations
• Prepares complex reports in response to requests
• Facilitating discussions and presenting data to various levels of staff, including senior leadership, through a variety of automated tools and techniques to drive decisions and outcomes
• Review of the request from applicants and performing Tier II or Tier III levels of support to identify, research, and resolve questions and/or problems by responding to telephone calls, e‐mail, faxes, and personal requests for information
• Support also includes documenting, tracking, and monitoring the questions and/or problems to ensure a timely resolution. Ability to communicate with multiple levels of customer stakeholders/contractors
• Conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests

Requirements:

• 2+ years of support including operational case management
• Experience working in a government contracting environment, or consulting field
• Ability to pass a Public Trust background investigation
• DHS\TSA Suitability desired but must be quickly clearable
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in Tech Subject area
