Seeking an AP Manager to manage and over AP function. Non-profit.
Responsible for issuance of 1099s, processing of check receipts, and management of purchase orders for consultants and subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
-Supervise, mentor, train staff
-Ensure all invoices, credit card charges, and travel reimbursements are appropriately documented, approved, and correctly coded to projects.
-Ensure that payments are in compliance with company policy, applicable federal regulations, and terms and conditions of agreements, and corporate policy.
-Manage the scanning of accounts payable records and maintenance of hard copy records.

Education:
Bachelors in Accounting
Minimum 8 years experience
Requirements:
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
-Experience in AP Management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
