Responsibilities:
(I) Position Overview:
As a member of the Information System team, this position executes operational tasks, provides project assistance, and technical support related to application systems and IT projects as directed by management.
(II) Position Overview:
As a member of the Information System team, this position provides analytical skills, experience, knowledge and expertise towards the implementation of new applications and the support and optimization of existing applications.
(III) Position Overview:
As a Senior Member of the Information System team, this position provides leadership, experience, knowledge and expertise towards the implementation of new applications and the support and optimizations of existing applications.
Qualifications:
Application Systems Analyst I
Required:
- One (1) years Health Information Technology experience
- One (1) years’ experience in an analyst providing application support, debugging, clinical or business workflows, and problem solving, and standard project management tools
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience supporting Acute, Ambulatory, or Business Applications, including, but not limited to, Meditech, Patient Keeper, Periwatch, Picis, Kronos, Allscripts Touchworks, Allscripts Practice Management, Dragon Medical One, and dbMotion
- Experience with ServiceNow, and Citrix
- Fluency with Microsoft Office 365
- Clinical experience/license/certification
Application Systems Analyst II
Required:
- Three (3) years Health Information Technology experience
- Three (3) years of experience in an analyst role providing application support, debugging, clinical or business workflows, and problem solving, and standard project management tools
- Three (3) years of experience working on projects or programs requiring the integration of cross-functional technology and/or business solutions.
- Subject matter expert in two (2) or more areas of core clinical or business information systems
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience supporting Acute, Ambulatory, or Business Applications, including, but not limited to, Meditech, Patient Keeper, Periwatch, Picis, Kronos, Allscripts Touchworks, Allscripts Practice Management, Dragon Medical One, and dbMotion
- Experience with ServiceNow, and Citrix
- Experience in workflow analysis, including the use of modeling software (e.g., Visio).
- Clinical experience/license/certification
Application Systems Analyst III
Required:
- Five (5) years Health Information Technology experience
- Experience in an analyst role providing application support, debugging, clinical or business workflows, and problem solving, and standard project management tools
- Three (3) years of experience leading teams and managing small to medium sized projects
- Two (2) years of experience managing vendor relationships
- Two (2) years of experience in workflow analysis, including the use of modeling software (e.g., Visio).
- Proficient in two (2) or more areas of core clinical or business information systems
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience supporting Acute, Ambulatory, or Business Applications, including, but not limited to, Meditech, Patient Keeper, Periwatch, Picis, Kronos, Allscripts Touchworks, Allscripts Practice Management, Dragon Medical One, and dbMotion
- Experience with ServiceNow, and Citrix
- Project Management Certification (PMP)
- Two (2) years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above)
- Fluency with Microsoft Office 365
- Clinical experience/license/certification
