Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Applications Systems Specialist.
Your Responsibilities:

Analyze work orders
-
Prepare and process data through postal cleansing
-
Program and set-up variables templates in Quadient Inspire
-
Process proofing and production files
-
Quality check work for all jobs, including jobs worked by others on the team
-
Knows fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of field of specialization.
-
Performs assigned jobs using established procedures for job completion while working under direct supervision.
-
Can read, understand complex standard requirement artifacts, requirement matrices, and process maps.
-
Must be able to work extended hours on short notice.
You Must Have:
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred
-
1+ years of relevant working experience with setting up variable data templates, proofing and production file creation..
-
Experience with communication of concepts to technical and non-technical staff.
-
Capacity to effectively handle multiple technical roles in a complex environment.
-
Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, organize and plan work to satisfy established timeframes.
-
Adobe Creative Suite, Quadient Inspire or other variable merge software, Text Editor (Notepad ++)
-
C, C# programming, SQL database management
-
Experience with multi-tasking, multi-processing fast paced IT environment is a plus
-
Ability to work in a deadline-driven workplace

Demonstrated knowledge of process flow

Some knowledge of C, C#, JavaScript, SQL required

Knowledge of Composition tools such as Quadient Inspire, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
