We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented and creative team player to join our field operations department as a full-time Area Manager located in Seattle North, WA . The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment but also excels working at an individual level.

Responsibilities include:
Demonstrated business acumen with ownership of the P&L for the branch.
Strategic thinking being able to implement and execute plans that complement the Region and Company’s strategies.
Lead operations to ensure compliance with all standards including operating, regulatory, safety, accounting, and ethics.
Lead a team and grow the business through operating safely, enhancing customer experience, improving efficiency and maximizing profitability.
Process-oriented and results-oriented in setting and pursuing aggressive goals, demonstrating a strong commitment to organizational success and marshaling resources to accomplish goals and objectives.
Problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking and decision-making skills.
Demonstrates and promotes ethical behavior.
Owner of talent within the branch through hiring and training technicians and office staff.
Ensure service production is on schedule through effective route management and route efficiency.
Ensure service quality is up to company standards and in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Ensure policies and procedures are strictly followed.
Manage fleet and equipment maintenance for branch vehicles and other company equipment.
Oversee the procurement of service products and ensure proper usage.
Work closely with sales teams to service new accounts.
Identify deficiencies and create action plans for improvement.
Manages performance and talent development.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Managerial or leadership experience
Education: Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Required Skills:
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, supervise, and accept constructive criticism.
Must be able to speak, write and understand English in a manner that is enough for effective communication with supervisors, employees, and customers.
Must follow all labor laws in accordance with state regulations and Human Resource recommendations.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
