High-Performance Founder is looking for a qualified Assistant Coach preferably with little to no other obligations who can directly coach our clients in implementing the program material and therefore creating greater financial, physical, and mental transformations in our clients' lives. You will work directly with the CEO and Head Coach to learn how to operate the program, coach the clients, progress them through their transformation, and eventually sign them on for long-term coaching contracts.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients on a regular basis

• Hosting coaching calls with clients

• Handling desktop chat and text message inquiries from clients as an immediate on-call source of support and willing to hop on video conference calls when necessary

• Providing feedback on messenger process, lead generation, content posts, sales process, etc. (course-specific training provided)

• Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive client relationships

• Assist clients in locating resources or specific course content

• Collecting screenshot testimonials and wins to a separate folder

• Handling general client issues and inquiries not related to coaching support

• Manage accountability teams to increase the financial success of the clients and create stronger relationships between community members

Results

• You will be responsible for the physical and mental transformation for our clients. Your job is to get high-achieving entrepreneurs into their ideal body with minimal stress.

• Contribute to overall client satisfaction (measured by a 90% overall client satisfaction rating as a company).

• Increase client testimonials.

• Help clients with any course or resource-related inquiries to ensure they are fully supported during their experience within our program.

• Progress clients from 12 weeks coaching to year-long contracts

Requirements

• Little to no other work obligations
• Must come from a fitness / training background

• Must be willing to coach remotely
• Prior knowledge of coaching software (Trainerize, MyFitnessPal, etc)

• Hard working and really wants to learn the process and buy-in to the program

• Must have at least one certification in fitness / nutrition (i.e. Precision Nutrition)

• Must have flexible availability - may need to include nights and weekends occasionally

• Bring a positive, helpful attitude no matter the challenge brought your way

• Must be a positive, happy person by nature

• Must be extremely coachable. Able to receive and implement feedback on their performance

• Have a do-whatever-it-takes-to-wow-the-face-off-of-our-clients attitude

• Must love helping others and have strong communication skills

• Follows through on projects without minimal supervision

• Track hours and tasks completed through Google Docs/Sheets
