Assistant Maintenance Supervisor - St. Theodore on Roosevelt, Seattle, WA

Our Assistant Maintenance Supervisors are skilled in their field, and most are looking to grow within the company. If you have 3+ years of experience as a maintenance technician and have at least 1 year of supervising staff, we want to talk with you! We are looking for competent, proactive individuals that enjoy their work and be open to learning new tricks of the trade and having a career with a national company!
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are currently looking for an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at St. Theodore on Roosevelt. This beautiful community is surrounded by the prestigious Seattle neighborhoods of Wallingford, Ravenna, Greenlake, and Maple Leaf. PLUS, you have easy access to I-5 and the park-n-ride transit locations for your daily commute.
This position is Full-Time | Hourly from $27.00 - $29.00 - DOE | Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm | On-call Rotation is Required | Full Benefits and Bonus Program eligible.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of previous residential apartment maintenance experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- HVAC/CPO certification preferred
- Must be able to participate in the on-call rotation
- Our communities are open 7 days a week so weekend hours are required (if applicable)
- You must possess a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage

Associates will also receive up to eighty hours of annual vacation leave accrued, on a per pay period basis. Associates will accrue, a per-pay period, paid sick leave based on hours worked, as allowed by Washington State and Local Jurisdictional laws. Associates will also enjoy nine paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
Eligible positions will receive monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses. Eligible positions will also receive monthly housing discounts.
Any offer of employment is contingent upon an acceptable criminal background report, acceptable verification of previous employment, pre-employment physical, negative drug test, and a valid driver's license with proof of insurance coverage.
