Club Pilates is one of the fastest-growing fitness concepts in North America. Club Pilates offers group reformer classes in various formats and levels to accommodate everyone seeking to learn Pilates and hone their fitness expertise.

In our Salem location, we are seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support all aspects of our studio sales, marketing, operations, and staffing. We are looking for a motivated, energetic, team player to join us in bringing the beauty of Pilates to the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent the leadership, management, and cultural values of our studio and brand

• Provide exceptional levels of customer service at all times, in all member and team interactions, and help manage through this difficult COVID-19 environment

• Drive new membership sales and help to retain current memberships

• Contact prospects to schedule them for a Pilates intro class and enroll them in a membership

• Regularly participate in community events, networking, and marketing efforts

• Hire, schedule, and manage studio team members, including Pilates instructors

• Become proficient in our ClubReady point-of-sale software, required for studio operations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates studio

• Enforce studio and Club Pilates policies and procedures relating to members and our team

• Work with team to manage social media pages

REQUIREMENTS:

• An affinity and passion for fitness

• Confidence in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales

• Ability to manage and drive each of the studio revenue streams

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills through all channels

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, energetic environment

• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment

• Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

• Professional, punctual, reliable and neat

• Proficiency with computer technology and social media

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Competitive base salary; based on experience
