Job Title: Assisted Living Administrator

Location: Mishawaka, IN

Our 28-bed assisted living facility in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a compassionate Assisted Living Administrator to join our team. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and support. New grads welcome.

Responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership to staff and ensure they are adequately trained and supervised.
Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Oversee financial management of the community, including budget development, cost control, and revenue generation.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that supports teamwork and open communication.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Work closely with the marketing team to promote the community and attract new residents.

Requirements:

Residential Care Administrator or

Licensed Health Facility Administrator

Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities .
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Mishawaka, IN 46545: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Residential Care or Health Facility Admin License (Preferred)
