Associate Buyer
Under general supervision, the Associate Buyer will monitor and perform the movement of purchase orders, interfacing continuously with our suppliers to ensure on time deliveries while updating internal customers with current information. You will also analyze data for possible process improvements.
Location: Hatfield, PA

Your Challenge:

• Represents the supply chain team at daily Production meetings and updates the supply chain team.

• Place orders for indirect purchases

• Supports outside processing procedure as needed.

• Handle the return of rejected and non-conforming materials to suppliers.

• Maintain accurate status of material movement and support status of shortages of components as required

• Preforms miscellaneous data entry and clerical duties as required

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned (managing universal waste and copier supplies/services)

Your Expertise:

• High School Diploma required. Associate degree preferred

• 1-2 years' experience in related field

• Microsoft Office Suite

• Solid written, communication and math skills

• Must possess a valid driver's license

• Willing and able to lift 50+ lbs
