Job Description

Start Date: June or July 2022

Shift Requirements: 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM with Rotating Saturdays

Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour + PM Shift Differential

Position is Flex Time - 35-hours per week

This is an in-person role at our processing center. Remote options are not available.

Performs setup and operation of production equipment to print, personalize, insert, and mail statements, letters, checks, and cards within specified timelines. Manually prepares documents and/or packages for mailing. Follows quality service standards, safety expectations, and complies with all company policies and procedures. Operates motorized and non-motorized material-handling equipment as needed.

Responsibilities
Manually prepares documents/card packages for mailing.
Completes operator/job logs and other documentation to track job completion and produces reports/documentation to validate damaged pieces during production runs.
Ensures quality checks are performed before, during, and upon completion of production runs with emphasis on final customer product and meeting department standards. Troubleshoots program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning.
Performs all basic production equipment operation, ensures a steady workflow, achieves and maintains production standards as required by the department, including performing minor equipment adjustments.
Maintains appropriate supply inventory, based on established procedures and requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
H.S. Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience in machine/production operation, or related field
