As Hagerty grows, we continue to look for talented professionals from a variety of backgrounds to provide holistic solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking several Associates in our Recovery Division. These are full-time positions that will be primarily remotely based but may require travel on occasion to client sites. Associates within the Recovery Division will contribute to the management of nationwide disaster recovery programs at the federal, state, and local government level.

The responsibilities of Associate, Recovery Division include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate with Division leadership, project managers, and system developers to design and maintain dashboard reports both for internal use and client distribution.
- Develop processes and procedures and oversee implementation for internal staff management.
- Produce and maintain internal documents such as onboarding documentation and informational documents for various types of operations.
- Proactively coordinate across a diverse mix of teams, colleagues, and clients.
- Coordinate communication across the Division ensuring visibility on new developments for critical stakeholders.
- Assist in overseeing team performance and deliverables.
- Manage databases and documentation utilizing Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to a variety of issues as they emerge.
Candidates for Associate, Recovery Division must possess the following qualifications:
- Six (6) months of professional experience in a team-oriented environment, which may include internships, academic settings, work studies, and/or part-time jobs.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to balance multiple high-priority assignments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as demonstrated in various settings, including prior academic presentations or papers; legal briefs; policy memos; and/or mock defense of a project.
- The ability to produce written products that result in clear, concise, and impactful deliverables that can be used with internal leadership and clients.
- Strong competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A bachelor's degree.
Candidates for Associate, Recovery Division may also have the following qualifications:
- Experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Power BI.
- Prior consulting and/or disaster recovery experience.
