American Guard Services Inc. is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Attorney for our Corporate Legal Department in Gardena, CA

Ideal Candidate:
· Must have 3-5 years of experience in employment law involving both litigation and advice and counseling

· California wage and hour law: 3-5 years (Required)

· Wrongful discharge: 3-5 years (Required)

· Employment litigation: 3-5 years (Required)

· Discrimination: 3-5 years (Required)

Other Qualifications:
· A strong background in discrimination and wrongful discharge actions is a requirement for this position as well as familiarity with California wage and hour law.

· Must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills.

· All candidates must be in the top 25% of their graduating class.

· California State Bar (REQUIRED)
