What you will do:

· Ensure Attorneys are Hitting Goals:

o Monitor teams to ensure they are achieving their goals and milestones.

o Identify any additional needs or resources required to hit goals and milestones.

· Supervise a Team of Litigators:

o Review personal injury cases for quality assurance, ensuring attorneys meet fee goals, key performance indicators, client satisfaction, and adherence to firm processes.

o Review attorney reports and communicate any issues to the senior partner.

o Meet with attorneys at key stages of cases, such as prior to trial, depositions, meditations, and hearings to ensure preparedness and sound strategy.

o Review and approve key documents before filing or submission.

o Help resolve client issues and intervene when necessary.

o Prepare and review hearing strategies.

o Conduct docket reviews with firm's attorneys and troubleshoot any issues.

· Create and Maintain Firm Policies:

o Develop and implement policies and procedures for the personal injury section.

o Ensure current policies and procedures are followed by all team members.

· Take on Assignments as Needed:

o Provide pre-trial assistance and handle litigation assignments when necessary, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions.

· Work with Other Departments:

o Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful growth and development of the firm.

Qualifications:

· Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

· Admission to the state bar in one of our key operational states preferably, Texas, Colorado, Arizona, or New Mexico.

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in personal injury litigation, with a proven track record of success.

· 5+ years’ experience managing, developing, and empowering teams.

· High EQ with a natural ability to connect and build relationships.

· Experience driving efficiencies through process improvement.

· Proactive, assertive, take charge, and competitive tendencies.

· Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.

· A highly analytical mind, with the ability to problem solve, execute quickly, and communicate effectively across teams.

· Managed an organization with 100+ team members.

Compensation and Benefits:

· $150,000 - $500,000 (depending on experience level); up to $50,000 signing bonus.
