Job description

We are looking for Audio Visual Analyst who can work directly with our customer by providing immediate support to minimize impact to their business. You will also aid our field team of installers working on projects or supporting executive suites. We expect every member of our team to contribute hard work, provide creative solutions, and bring a positive attitude. Must pass a background check and be a US Person.

Skills may include

· Audio Visual Installation best practices

· A/V (Audio Visual) and VTC (Video Teleconferencing) components and associated equipment

· Knowledge of video conferencing systems - projectors, screens, TVs, switchers, amplifiers, scalers, audio processing, digital video systems, Extron switchers, touch panels, Clearone DSP, Crestron equipment, etc.

· Crestron programming

· Assisting customers with problems involving the use of company products/services and recommending suitable resolutions accordingly.

· Audio visual setup and programming

· Phone system setup and programming

· Knowledge of Networking

Qualifications and Skills

· Crestron - Fusion administration - SIMPL Windows programming a plus

· Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (TMS) administration – TelePresence server and TelePresence Conductor a plus

· Audio visual setup and programming

· Phone system setup and programming

· Troubleshoot conference room issues with audio visual components and associated technologies

· Knowledge of Cisco networking equipment

· Ability to walk others through basic troubleshooting and repairs

· Completion of assigned service requests and incidents as per defined SLAs

· Provide end user training and support for deployments

· May be occasionally required to travel to client sites
