For Colorado based roles, the anticipated pay is $16.50-$30.00 / hour. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, work experience, competencies, certifications, and proficiency for the role. As an Audio Visual Event Technician you are responsible for the set up and operation of basic/small-scale audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. You will ensure a flawlessly executed event through accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment as listed in the technical qualifications section. You will strive to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers and maintain a positive relationship with all clients through effective communication.

As an Audio Visual Event Technical Lead you are responsible for intermediate level set up and operation of small to large-scale audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. You will ensure accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate audiovisual equipment. You will troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly as they arise. You will comply with all Company security and safety measures and keep equipment secure from theft and/or damage when in use. You will provide excellent service and strive to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers.

As an Audio Visual Event Technical Supervisor you will lead floor operations with a focus on customer service, staff leadership and development. You will directly lead the technical team to ensure operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction. This role may also participate in location administrative duties in support of onsite operations and for career development. You will be responsible for accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate audiovisual equipment. You will troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly as they arise and comply with all Company security and safety measures.

As our Audio Visual Event Technical Specialist you will set up and operate small to large-scale audiovisual systems for live events while ensuring the utmost in client satisfaction. You will also a flawlessly executed event through accurate and timely breakdown of advanced audiovisual equipment as listed in the technical qualifications section. You should expect to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly as they arise.

About You

Audio Visual Event Technician

• High school diploma (Associate’s degree, preferred)
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience (preferred)
• 1 year of audio visual experience or equivalent in educational environment (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license

Audio Visual Event Technical Lead

• High school diploma (Associate’s degree is preferred)
• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience (preferred)
• 2-3+ years of audio visual experience
• Valid driver’s license,

Audio Visual Event Technical Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience (preferred)
• 3-5 years of audio visual experience
• Knowledge of technical theory
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• Experience leading workflow and team members
• Valid driver’s license

Audio Visual Event Technical Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of field experience in specialty area is required.
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Ability to interact professionally and effectively with a diverse work force, customer base and senior level management.
• Experience with project management of multiple tasks/initiatives.
• Strong customer, client and coworker interface experience and abilities.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members in positions that may operate Company vehicles. Additional DOT requirement may need to be met if applicable.
