As a Catbird Bar-back, you will be responsible maintaining the bars fully stocked and cooperating with the Bartenders. You will at time engage in casual conversation with guests and enhance the experience by your style and service. We are looking for passionate and proactive individuals with and inclination for 5-star service that can anticipate the guest needs and can create transformational experiences that wow our guests. You will need excellent communication skills as well as the ability to lift a moderate amount of weight. This position is fast-paced.

• 1+ year experience as a Bar Back in a restaurant, bar or lounge
• Multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Food Handlers and TABC Certifications required
• Beverage and fine food knowledge preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
• Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight
