We are looking for contagiously friendly, warm, and energetic people to be the face of our new brand to the guests. Silver Social elevates our Silver brand to be the heart of Half Street, serving small plates and cocktails in an elegant setting overlooking Nationals Park.

Our barbacks support the bartenders by keeping the bar fully stocked, making house-made syrups and purees from fresh ingredients, and with making drinks during busy hours.

• Weekends and holiday availability is required for this position.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol for this position.

Silver Diner Development LLC is a leader in the casual dining segment.

Our award winning Fresh & Local Menu with surprising flexitarian & healthy options bridges the gap between tablecloth restaurants and ho-hum fast food. We make our cuisine with the highest quality ingredients from our direct partnerships with over 15 local farms that focus on organic and sustainable farming.

Silver Social is our new Bar concept that builds on our Silver Diner and Silver brands. This new concept features rooftop terraces, a bar open to the outside and small plates featuring flavors from around the world.
