We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender and/or server to provide an excellent guest dining experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.

We are also looking for enthusiastic, service minded people to join our service team. We are the market leader in our segment and are a fast paced trendy uptown charlotte restaurant. Currently, we are open for lunch and dinner so applicants must be willing to work days, nights, & weekends. Previous quality service experience is required. Basil Thai is a great work environment with a fun team atmosphere. • Previous experience required
• Must be willing to work dinner shifts and weekends
• Must be comfortable working all aspects of FOH service
• Have a friendly demeanor and positive work ethic

Server Responsibilities

• Resume and proven working experience as a server
• Excellent knowledge of our dinner and drink menu's.
• Computer literacy
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the stations organized, stocked and clean
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Relevant training certificate is a plus

Bartender Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails accurately and efficiently
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $700.00 - $1,100.00 per week
