Before & After School AM Program Lead
Job description
This is a part-time 10 month school year position working Monday, Thursday and Friday, 7:00 AM - 9:30 AM
Reports to: Program Site Manager & Assistant Site Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide academic and enrichment assistance to students in grades K4-5th on an individual and group basis.
2. Develop, facilitate and lead lesson plans for children K4-5th grade.
3. Supervise and manage youth who participate in the Before and After Care Program.
4. Build communication and effective relationships with parents and students.
5. Ensure a warm and safe environment for youth.
6. Work well within a team to provide a well-managed and professional program.
7. Other duties as assigned.
Preferred candidates will have a degree or are pursuing a degree in education or a related field. Experience working with youth ages 4-12 years old in a group or one-on-one setting is a must. Candidate must be a self-starter, flexible to meet the needs of students in the program and have excellent communication skills.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
