Job Description:

Behavioral health assistants are healthcare professionals who work with individuals who have mental or behavioral health issues. They commonly provide support to licensed therapists, psychiatrists, and other medical professionals in the treatment of these conditions.

Job Details:

• Contract: 13 weeks
• Pay Rate: $40/hr, paid weekly
• Shift: Day/Night Day 3x12-Hour (06:45 - 17:15)

Requirements:

• 1 yr. experience in MS/Psych unit or facility
• Must have MAB certificate to be able to submit
• Experience with Anxiety, Assaultive, Bipolar, Depressive, Personality, Psychotic, and Schizoprenia disorders
• Susicide Behavior - Ideation / attempts
• Restraint
• Vitals
• EPIC experience preferred
• Acute Care, Locked Unit, Detox Center and Outpatient experience preferred
• Fully vaccinated

License and Certification: BLS, MAP and CPI
