What will I be doing?

We are looking for a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team and help us advance our mission. As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing clinical services either in person or via telehealth to a wide range of individuals struggling with mental health, substance abuse and behavioral issues, both in the Trivium program and the community.

· Contributes to Trivium mission, vision, and values by way of work product and professional behavior with both internal and external consumers

· Ability to support the agency's culture, growth, and success through communication, accountability, and positivity.

· Completes initial diagnostic assessments on all clients assigned to determine treatment needs, as well as conducts ongoing assessments to determine when clinical goals have been achieved and service delivery is no longer indicated

· Advocate for individuals to be included in their communities

· Provide quality service and support to people we serve

· Document progress on individual’s goals

· Assists the Behavioral Health Director with program implementation

What do I need?

· Experience in providing individual, group and Family therapy. Prefer 2 years' experience

· Nebraska licensed or certified behavioral health professional, such as a psychologist, psychiatrist, social worker, psychiatric nurse, marriage and family therapist, mental health counselor or CADC

· Prefer a master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy Business, Healthcare, or related field but will consider a Bachelors in a social service field.
