RamClean is looking for an experienced bilingual janitorial supervisor to oversee our staff at a group of accounts in Northern Kentucky area (Covington, Erlanger, Florence and surroudning areas).

Responsibilities include:

  Assist the Director of Operations and Operations Managers with supervisory tasks

• 
  
  Ensure that buildings are cleaned to client satisfaction
• 
  
  Perform inspections on client buildings
• 
  
  Monitor stock of cleaning supplies
• 
  
  Assist with rotation of cleaning equipment such as mop heads / towels
• 
  
  Help clean accounts to cover for call offs and time off
• 
  
  Assist with onboarding and training of new cleaning staff
• 
  

  Manage a team of leads and floaters in your area

Required

• 
  

  5 years of experience as a commercial cleaner / janitor / custodian

• 
  
  2 year of experience as supervisor or manager
• 
  
  Fluent in English and Spanish
• 
  
  Reliable phone and ability to use our commercial janitorial mobile app
• Ability to write nightly email reports in English using a laptop
• 
  
  Capable of quickly communicating messages to staff.
• 
  
  Ability to effectively communicate with cleaners, managers and clients
• 
  
  Valid driver's license and good driving record
• 
  
  50+ hours per week. Some weekend work is required
• 
  

  Our staff cleans 24 hours a day, so a flexible schedule is a must

Preferred

• 
  

  3 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in a commercial cleaning or facilities services company.

• 
  
  $50,000 to $55,000 per year salary
• 
  
  2 weeks paid time off
• 
  
  A company car or travel / gas expense reimbursement
•
