City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Night Manager to oversee account compliance for commercial buildings. As the nightly primary point of contact for a key client route in the West Phoenix metro area, the Night Manager will ensure the effective nightly completion of janitorial and other maintenance services to schools, auto dealerships, medical offices and other commercial buildings.

City Wide utilizes both in-house labor and sub-contractors to deliver the highest level of service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the successful execution and completion of janitorial services by contract, in-house personnel, or self-effort.
• Ensure safe operating practices are enforced through effective management and training and coaching of personnel.
• Ensure all company processes, policies are properly implemented and followed
• Other duties as may be assigned

Skills

• Nightly completion of inspections and successful completion of work requirements
• Strong organizational skills a must
• Must be able to communicate effectively across multiple functions
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
• Strong problem-solving skills a must
• Reliability, ability to multitask and accountability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

2 years of professional experience required. Industry experience required. Bi-lingual (Spanish) highly desired. Reliable personal transportation and eligibility to work in the United States a must. Background check required.

Competitive salary, car and phone allowance

Salary: $19.00/hour starting + Quarterly Bonus

Car Package: $400/Moth

Phone Package: $75/month or company cell phone provided
