Title: Blue Yonder JDA

Job Location : Phoenix, AZ 85008 (Remote)

Duration: 8 Months Contract

Job Description:

• Strong Retail Functional Knowledge with hands on experience on JDA/BY Demand & Supply Planning

• Strong Architect mindset, exceptional client Interfacing skills

• Prior experience in leading implementation teams would be desirable

• Liaise with business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements and overall Implementation Landscape

• Ability to perform High Level solution design aligned with the requirements

• Suggest and validate various solution options for the requirements

• Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers and drive the solution till go live liaising with the key stakeholders.

• GAP assessment in ESP Requirements and feasibility/infeasibility clearly articulated to Clients.

• Preparing/Reviewing Solution/Functional Design/Detailed Design specs

• Coordinating with the customer & offshore team to resolve ESP queries or clarifications

• Good Knowledge on JDA Demand Planning, Demand Planning 360, Demand Classification modules

• Provide support for Demand & ESP Project estimations

• Provide Demand & ESP Solution leadership in the development / implementation project

• Good Knowledge on JDA Demand Planning, ESP,FF, S&OP, IO

• Ability to perform solution design.

• Liaise with business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements.

• Help in Fit Gap Analysis, Design and complete implementation.

• Coordinating with the customer & offshore team to resolve queries or clarifications.

• Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers.

• Carrying out Development/upgrade/support tasks as assigned.

• Reviewing technical specs.

• Coordinating/conducting testing or release management activities.

• Suggest and validate various solution options for the requirements.

• Provide technical leadership in the development / implementation project

• Co-ordinate and manage BY Support Ticket as and when it is raised

• Replicate and resolve the internal bugs of the system. Experience with Windows/Unix environment

• Experience in Pl/sql programming

• Experience with Oracle databases - SQL: queries, stored procedures

• Strong conceptual understanding in the Supply Chain Planning and Optimization

• Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting skills

• Strong Communicator and has Onsite experience.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, dynamic environment

• Exhibit a commitment to customer service while building customer partnerships.

• Knowledge on other JDA modules would be an added advantage
