Dip Into This Role:

  • Drives key organization and talent initiatives including employee engagement, talent management, career coaching and planning, custom training, and organization design
  • Plays the critical role of coach and advisor to associates in the functions this role supports across Sabra
  • Leads and fully executes key initiatives that support Sabra strategy
  • Guides leaders and employees regarding Company Purpose, policies, values, HR programs (benefits, pay and salary) administration and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner
  • Must accurately diagnose organization issues, develop solutions and implement action plans
  • Must ensure activities are in compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO and FLSA)
  • Assists leadership in performance management and developing effective pipeline and succession plans
  • Ability to understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective
  • Designs and executes staffing strategies for exempt/non-exempt hiring needs (including pipeline development)
  • Partners with broader HR team to ensure cohesive organization and talent strategy and standards
  • Develops and executes site and functional strategies to improve organizational health and culture Leads and participates in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives
  • Advocates, addresses and resolves escalated employee relations matters

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a confident communicator, (including both written and verbal skills) and must be able to effectively present to all levels of the organization
  • Understanding and experience with all of the core aspects of Human Resource Management, with an emphasis on business unit human resources partnership, employee relations, staffing, performance management, leadership development, coaching and training
  • Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items
  • Ability to understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective
  • Previous talent management and organizational planning experience
  • Demonstrable ability to influence decision-making with leaders and business partners
  • Courage to make tough decisions and deliver difficult messages with professionalism and poise
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations
  • Solid expertise in developing solutions based upon facts/data analytics
  • 8-10 years prior Human Resources, including generalist, and Leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred, with early career experience in a structured human resources development program
  • We are looking for candidates with experience supporting front-line employees, field-based client groups who have experience practicing HR in a manufacturing or distribution center environment as well as a corporate environment
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
