• Researches, troubleshoots, and documents systems issues in eCLIQ, @Work, and legacy BL applications, making appropriate escalation decisions when warranted
• Handles workers compensation error reports and fines for various state bureaus and NCCI
• Enters and update UW/agency staffing assignments in Staffing Maintenance
• Proactively identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and contributes to problem solving projects
• Supports implementation of business process improvements.
• On a rotational basis, leads team meetings and huddles
• Analyzes ticket information to identify trends
• Assists in building the business case for making a change to current practices, programs or procedures
• Seeks advice from manager and/or more experienced staff to guide and further professional growth
• Business Lines Underwriting experience preferred

Qualifications

• Demonstrated research, problem solving, analytical, critical thinking, and relationship management skills.
• Business operations knowledge to include understanding the function's value chain and awareness of market conditions.
• Solid knowledge of Excel.
• Developing knowledge of available data sources, strengths and shortcomings.
• Knowledge of database software preferred.
• Competencies typically acquired through a Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in addition to 6-9 months of relevant experience.
• Business Lines Underwriting experience preferred.
