BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Degree in business management, finance, or engineering.
Up to 6 months of experience managing and manipulating data sets utilizing multiple analytical tools (Tableau, SQL, Salesforce, etc).
Process driven background focused on real estate development and financial systems and tools
Passion for driving change.
Strong business writing skills.
Capable of working across teams with different stakeholders to prioritize activities. Have a desire to learn and understand complex real estate transactions.

As a member of the Data Center Real Estate Supply Team, you will manage the processes and tools needed to support complex transactions, and partner with transaction managers to develop capital allocation documents and strategy papers.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Work hand in hand with transaction team to help support new real estate transactions.
Maintain Salesforce reporting systems to support the global infrastructure supply pipeline.
Write and create supporting documents for capital allocation requests to senior management.
Design and maintain scalable automated, user friendly systems, reports, dashboards, supporting the business needs.
Comfortable functioning with ambiguity and multiple priorities across the business.
Develop intimate knowledge of all ongoing real estate transactions and track deal negotiation points to ensure completion.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the year.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Salesforce.
Experience with GIS systems.
Experience with internal communications across multiple stakeholders.
