About the role: The Business Applications (BA) Associate Analyst position will provide front line support for users across the enterprise. This includes providing support for applications including (but not limited to) Adobe, Cactus, Master Site List (ServiceNow), and Salesforce. The BA Associate Analyst will resolve routine tickets that are submitted by end users of the applications and will triage the tickets that require a higher level of expertise on a particular application. The BA Associate analyst will have other duties such as creation of job aids, training materials and other documents.

Essential Functions:

• Answer end-user questions about an application by troubleshooting or resolving support tickets
• Triage support tickets to the appropriate Business Applications team or team member
• Create job aids, training materials, and other documents
• Perform occasional data entry, audits and mass updates
• Maintain and audit setup tables within specific applications
• Other tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma and equivalent work experience
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience (e.g. customer service)
• Experience with business applications like Salesforce and/or ServiceNow
• Experience with a ticketing system like ServiceNow is preferred

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
• Ability to effectively communicate information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates in writing, on the phone, and in person
• Ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage one's own time and the time of others
• Ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work

For individuals living in Colorado and New York City only, Premise Health is required to include an estimate of the salary and benefits for this role. While a number of factors influence salary, our estimated Colorado and New York City compensation is $45,000 - $55,000. Please note, this is a general guideline and your experience qualifications, geographic location, and other factors will be taken into consideration.
