Position Summary:

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for fielding inbound leads and executing outbound prospecting plans through cold-calling and email. Responsible for establishing rapport, communicating product value, overcoming hesitation, and supporting sales of aINSIGHT solutions. You will assist the sales team in developing new business opportunities.

This is an entry-level role with advancement opportunity. Business Development Representatives will be fully trained on all aINSIGHT products and services, the sales process, and sales cycle.

Ideal candidates are adaptable self-starters with an eagerness to learn and the grit to handle the day-to-day rejection of a cold-calling sales position. Candidates should have an openness to new ways of thinking and acquiring new skills to retain a competitive advantage.

Role Responsibilities and job functions:

· Training and familiarity with essential details of aINSIGHT products and services

· Contacting prospective clients using our tools, technologies, and lists.

· Fielding basic questions about the products and services we offer.

· Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Business Development Representative for further development and closure

· Keeping a detailed log of your contacts.

· Hitting minimum weekly, monthly, and annual productivity goals.

Required Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Sales experience or a college degree

· Computer savvy and capable of learning new computer applications

· Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

· Outstanding listen skills and attention to detail

· Excellent phone and face-to-face etiquette

· Professional and courteous disposition

· Persuasive and results-oriented

· Strong ability to establish and maintain ongoing relationships with the sales team with a common goal of increasing company's sales

· Deliver dedicated sales support and service through proactive engagement

· Document activity by utilizing aINSIGHT’s systems (i.e. appointments, sales calls, monthly call campaigns and sales opportunities etc.)

· Productively work together and collaborate with the sales and marketing team

· Demonstrate excellent listening skills to better assess the customer’s needs and determine the type of sales support necessary to accomplish the objective and add value to the products

· Assist in fulfillment of marketing and sales materials

· Collect information and completing sales applications/paperwork on inbound leads

· Proactively seek and engage in opportunities tailored for your professional development

· Other duties as assigned

Additional requirements relation to Location and Compensation

· Remote position reporting into the Applicant Insight Corporate office, located in New Port Richey, FL. Reliable internet connection required.

· Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer.

· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (working on a computer, etc.).

· Frequent sitting and/or standing.
