FRSTeam services the insurance industry and spans the U.S. with over 50 locations delivering fabric, electronics, and hard contents restoration for families impacted by fire, water, or other catastrophes. We are seeking a results-oriented sales leader, who can sell FRSTeam’s service and values to the insurance industry as well as commercial customers.
Required Skills:
· Prospect, nurture, and build new accounts
· Manage the relationship and needs of current accounts
· Develop a sales plan to ensure consistency of visits with current and potential clients
· Be confident in face-to-face meetings
· Conduct cold calling to set appointments
· Present in front of groups, live or online
· Daily travel to meet with accounts
· Attend networking, industry, various association events and activities
· Set goals, self-motivate, and work independently
· Be accountable to a goal
· Solid account management and organizational skills
· Be confident in delivering FRSTeam messaging
· Be able to learn and excel in CRM environment
Required Experience:
· Minimum of 3 years strong sales background with proven results
· People-oriented and work well in team environment
· Multitask and stay organized
· Strong computer experience
· Applicant must be able to pass background check and possess clean driving record (must be able to drive company vans and trucks).
