• Important: This position is strictly on the field, concentrating in the Borough of Queens, NYC- Candidate must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)

The ideal candidate has the experience and a proven track record to provide a boost for a fast-growing, established LHCSA (Licensed Home Care Services Agency). Must be dynamic, and organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

*Responsibilities may include additional tasks according to the needs of the department and the organization*

· Boost sales by generating referrals from existing and potential accounts.

· Build and maintain relationships with contract referral sources.

· Conduct individual / Group presentations for health professionals, seniors and others.

• Conduct individual/group presentations for health care professionals, seniors and others in order to reach Medicaid eligible home care patients.
• Enroll and refer Medicaid eligible individuals to contracts sources.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Existing contacts and territorial knowledge of local area and referral sources.
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Education and Experience:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous health care marketing experience (Home Care preferred).
• Knowledge of Home Care/Medicaid eligibility.
