A Business Manager is responsible for the financial outcome for a set of product lines and has responsibility for driving product strategy, developing roadmaps, and delivering strong operational execution. Your work is vital to the businesses immediate and long-term objectives. You'll also have responsibility for Global Product Marketing, product direction/ownership and be the product line face for the S530 line of Keithley Instruments and others.

A Successful Candidate will:

• Demonstrate role model leadership, leading through different teams and global cultures
• Be the face of the semiconductor systems product line, developing roadmaps and sales support to ensure growth in the Keithley Instruments S530 lines of semiconductor parametric test systems, S500LCD systems and other custom configurations.
• Strengthen multi-year performance on Core Value Drivers (CVD), particularly – Revenue Growth, Operating Margin Expansion, and Quality
• Clearly and consistently articulate the organizations’ purpose and strategy to ensure the work of the team is aligned with the organization’s objective
• Invest time with customers and industry leaders to develop insight on key applications, identify specific customer requirements, and strengthen a culture focused on customer obsession
• Efficiently collaborate with global teams in a matrixed organization, particularly – Engineering, Service, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other product lines
• Hold the team accountable for collaborating in product planning, lifecycle management, product marketing, and application development to help the organization make the right investment decisions
• Direct the team in effective portfolio management, developing pricing strategies, conducting competitive evaluations, and generating conviction around prioritization of solutions that meet our customers’ jobs-to-be-done
• Strengthen our Fortive Business System (FBS) culture by personally leading and mentoring the application of FBS fundamentals to meet commitments, short-term and long-term goals

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Relevant four-year bachelor’s degree, e.g. in engineering, physics, or equivalent
• MBA or multiple years of product management experience
• Experience in leading technical products; Understanding of analog measurements is an advantage
• Experience in electronic Test and Measurement and ideally Semiconductor Industry preferred. Wide Band Gap material knowledge a plus
• Able to advise a team, set priorities, cascade goals, and develop and handle schedules
• Excellent customer communication and interpersonal capabilities
• A passion for partnership and collaboration with multi-cultural/global teams
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, heavily at times
• Strong desire to battle entrenched market leaders and gain significant market share through innovation and a big strategic approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $140,000.00 per year

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Product management: 3 years (Preferred)
