CABLE SITE MANAGER

Position Summary: Responsible for managing and overseeing daily operations, market growth, and metric compliance.

Essential Job Duties:

• Select the best possible candidates to fill open technician positions
• Technician Development - train, coach, and mentor technician staff
• Conduct daily Quality Inspections on closed work orders
• Accountable to meet and exceed all market performance metrics, work order completion, and high-quality work produced
• Safety Management, including but not limited to, promoting safe habits and up-training on new safety policies
• Responsible for proactive and positive relationships with local Breezeline management
• Any other responsibilities deemed necessary by Next Solutions and its customers

Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or GED Minimum of 3-5 years of prior cable management experience

• Must have communications experience, preferably cable install experience.

• Manages multiple tasks simultaneously, including setting priorities to ensure optimum results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,308.52 - $85,574.73 per year
