What we do:
We are a call center handling patient accounts for our clients. We assist patients in understanding and resolving their medical bills.
What you get:
Hourly Pay - $18.50
1st of the month after 30 days – Full Benefits for anyone scheduled for 30+ hours per week:

What Job includes (but not limited to):
- Compliant communication with responsible parties for unpaid medical balances.
- Documenting outcome of communication.
- Negotiating payment and/or timely payment plans for resolution of outstanding balances.
Employees will be trained in and expected to adhere to HIPAA, Company, State and Federal rules and regulations.

- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Medical Office Experience a plus
- Will consider and train individuals with customer service experience
- Excellent written, oral communication and telephone skills
- PC proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and data base navigation.
- Detail oriented
- Bilingual a plus
