Job description – ReconMR is seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to oversee our call center in Corpus Christi, TX. Responsibilities will include overseeing a total staff of 300+ Telephone Interviewers & Supervisors in all aspects of call center operations, including production, staffing, attendance, HR, retention and profitability. The ideal candidate would be able to spend time on-site in both call centers, and would be supported by a team of support staff.

The Call Center Manager will be expected to work a typical Monday through Friday schedule, with additional flexibility as call center needs demand. Primary responsibility is to be onsite. The Call Center Manager would report directly to the company Directors and would be responsible for the performance of their center. This individual is expected to enforce our values of retention while maintaining positive performance metrics. Salary expectations $45,000-$60,000 based on experience, skills and qualifications.
