We do have three branch location and they are located in Sparta, Tomah, and West Salem, WI.The position we are searching to fill is a Call Center Representative I. This is a full-time 40 hour a week position located in our West Salem office and the general hours of work is 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday and 8:00 am - 12:00 pm on Saturdays. As a Call Center Representative I you will be serving our members providing excellent member service via our telephone and online services. You will be reviewing, follow-up, and decision making with eligible membership application through our online portal. There will be research and solving member questions, problems, and complaints concerning credit union accounts. Assisting members with remote access through our online platform. We will teach you to order cards, and answer questions regarding our Visa credit card and Visa debit card. You will be required to promote and evaluate a positive attitude, cooperation, and a desire to cross-offer credit union services to members.
As a full-time Call Center Representative I you are eligible for Heath, Dental, Vision, Long-Term Disability, Life, and 401K plan in which 1st Community Credit Union sets aside 3% of your gross wage regardless of your contribution (eligibility does apply).
