Are you an experienced customer service professional looking to take your career to the next level? Our Meineke Car Care Center, a locally owned and operated automotive repair franchise, is seeking a Call Center Service Consultant to join our team at our headquarter office in downtown Atlanta.

In this role, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from customers, answering their questions and addressing any concerns they may have. You'll also have the opportunity to call clients and customers to inform them about our new products, services, and policies. As a Call Center Service Consultant, you'll need to be able to de-escalate situations involving frustrated customers and provide helpful solutions to their problems.

• Competitive hourly pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

To qualify for this role, you'll need at least 2 years of sales and estimate writing experience, at least 1 year of experience working with customers and automotive technicians, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and strong computer skills and familiarity with estimating software. Excellent appearance, verbal, and written communication skills are also a must.

This is a full-time, 5-day per week position and is subject to a background check and drug screening.
