Capital Markets Broker

We are currently seeking mid-level and senior commercial real estate brokers and capital
markets professionals focusing on the following areas:

• Commercial Investment Sales - South Florida

This is a commission-based position. Preferred candidates will have at least five years of
commercial real estate experience with a strong transaction history and an active list of
prospective clients. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and a high level of proficiency with
CoStar and all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is
required. Expertise in Argus will be considered a plus.
