Car Detailing

Reports to: Department Manager

Location: Liverpool

Full Time: Monday – Friday

Available shift: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Non-Exempt: Starting at $20 an hour

What is a car detailer:

We are looking for a thorough, responsible car detailer who will adhere to providing quality automotive cleaning service. Some responsibilities are:

• The Car Detailer will clean vehicles according to company standards or client specifications
• Performing detailed inspections, thoroughly washing, buffing, and waxing exteriors, vacuuming, steaming, and deodorizing interiors
• Keeping records related to gas levels and the condition of the vehicle.
• Strong customer service skills and be familiar with the tools and agents used to clean and maintain vehicles.
• Responsible for pick-up and delivery of vehicles
• Reviews paperwork for accuracy
• Troubleshooting and problem solving
• Daily inspection of vehicles
• Follow all State Laws applicable to Driving.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

A High school diploma or GED is preferred. Must follow directions carefully and have strong attention to detail while multitasking. Must have a strong sense of teamwork and accountability. It is necessary that you can regularly stand, walk, crouch, bend, or kneel; use the repetitive motion of hands or wrists; finger, grasp, handle or feel; reach with arms and hands.
