Cardiopulmonary Manager
Job description
Under the general supervision of the COO the Cardiopulmonary Manager assesses, plans, implements, directs and periodically evaluates the Cardiopulmonary services. Responsible for establishing the Cardiopulmonary standards of practice for all patient populations department. This is a position in a health care facility open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Working long hours between breaks or meals may be required. Rotating shift as well as holiday work, work during inclement weather will be required. Incumbent will be scheduled based on operational needs including shift work. This position is safety sensitive and subject to WMRMC’s Drug & Alcohol Policy.
Required Licensees & Certifications:
1 - Respiratory Care Practitioner, State of Arizona Board of Respiratory Care Examiners
2 - Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by NBRC or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
3 - BLS, ACLS, PAS & NRP within 30 days of hire
Full-Time with benefits
