Perkins Management is excited to welcome our newest client, Miles College, to its portfolio of amazing HBCUs. We are one of the fastest growing food service companies, and we are looking for high energy, friendly, Cashier to join our team.
JOB DUTIES:

• Exhibit great customer service
• Serve prepared food at proper portions; Replenish prepared food timely;
• Sets up and breaks down food stations;
• Prepare and serve sandwiches, soups, salads, pizza, pastas
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Be able to work at a quick pace
• Ensure storage of food in a proper and sanitary manner
• Proper utilization of leftovers as required
• Adhere to all HACCP regulations for sanitation, food handling and storage
• Adhere to uniform policy and all other Perkins
• Communicate with BOH daily to understand and properly service daily menus
• Other related kitchen duties as assigned;

QUALIFICATIONS:
A successful applicant must have the following:

• Previous experience in the food industry;

Knowledge of safe food handling practices and the ability to pass food safety exams and/or trainings.

• Must have a team player attitude, dependable, reliable and respectable; exemplify leadership qualities and professionalism with excellent customer service skills.
• Physical Demands: Specific physical characteristics and abilities are required to perform the work, such as agility, dexterity and long periods of walking, standing, bending, carrying or lifting supplies and equipment weighing 20 pounds or more.
