Computershare has an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time CCM Solution Architect to join our Communications Services team based in the US. CCM is a Customer Communications Management platform called Quadient Inspire.

A role you will love

The Solution Architect is responsible for solution design and architecture delivery – providing architectural direction to teams and implementing architectural strategy in collaboration with other stakeholders.

Starting from early engagement, the Solution Architect elaborates design options, encourages innovation, drives technical strategy and ensures that solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Initial design and development of new systems and software or extensive systems and software revisions; products may be for use internally or for commercial clients.
• Defines product requirements and creates high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms.
• Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.
• May guide a team of developers through the project to completion.
• Lead code reviews

What will you bring to the role?

Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and architecture
• Experience working with Quadient Inspire and Visio (or other flow charting tools)
• Experience with leading the design and architecture of a large technology project
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Proficiency or knowledge in the following tech:
  • PERL
  • .NET
  • Team Foundation Server
  • SQL Server

Compensation. Approximately $117,000 - $175,000 per year USD, depending on experience.
