We are a GROWING, fast paced, independent, physician owned medical practice looking to add to our INCREDIBLE TEAM. We are a multi-site facility offering care in Derry, Bedford, Raymond and Windham.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to our clinical staff including:
• Chart preparation for patient encounter. Obtains patient history and vital signs and enters into EMR.
• Coordinate patient care information with other health care providers.
• Triage patient calls and Klara messages.
• Obtain prior authorization for medication, radiology tests and GI procedures.
• Work with our three endoscopy centers scheduling EGD/Colonoscopies
• Perform capsule endoscopies in office
• Maintain clean and organized exam rooms and med closet

Encourage meeting with drug reps to further educate on use of GI medication functions and diseases

Qualifications:

Successful completion of medical assistant program or received proper on the job training to obtain medical assistant certification

Excellent communication skills

Detailed oriented

Ability to multi-task with constant interruption required

Stellar organizational and interpersonal skills

Must demonstrate team-oriented mindset

The ability to manage time effectively; work in fast paced environment

Must be able demonstrate initiative, and use good judgement

Demonstration of ethical and professional conduct, including the ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA)'
