Assist Plant Supervisors in producing high quality products and operating the Production Room in a safe, efficient manner for both personnel and products.

Shift Hours:

Monday - Friday 1:30am to 10:30 am

Compensation: $27.99 based on experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains temperature of milk to ensure within acceptable range.
• Ability to read computerized key board to add ingredients to vats.
• Operate Silo Room equipment and know proper connections.
• Operate HTST and know proper connections.
• Operate all Production Room equipment.
• Know quality standards related to start-up.
• Know all General Labor key activities.
• Know Separator Room and related equipment operation.
• Monitor Plant and Product metrics against goals.
• Support all Plant Quality programs.
• Help develop and train hourly production staff.
• Complete all Master Sanitation Schedule duties as assigned.
• All other duties as assigned by Production Supervisor.

Key Performance Metric Responsibilities:

• Achieve efficiency targets.
• Achieve quality targets.
• Achieve safety goals.
• Knowledge and completion of Master Sanitation Schedule activities.
• Pursuance of related industry certifications.

Requirements:

• Cheesemaker license
• Pasteurization license
• 3+ years of hands on experience in the cheese industry
