Pinballz is looking for an experienced Chef who will lead our culinary food experience across all three Pinballz locations, ensuring our vision while maintaining consistency and quality in the kitchen.
The ideal candidate will travel locally to each of the Pinballz locations working directly with the Food and Beverage Managers to create meal experiences that fit within our scratch kitchen casual cuisine theme.
Responsibilities:

• Provide required Chef duties and ensure the premium Pinballz Customer Experience as rated by our guests and managers.
• Assumes responsibility to ensure success of kitchen operation.
• Manages a staff of supervisors/sous chefs and cooks to success.
• Deliver high quality culinary dishes because you are passionate about food, an expert in what we offer.
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods, and continuously make necessary improvements.
• Manage vendors and Purchase required inventory in a timely manner.
• Maintain a Consistent and Quality food experience through slow and busy periods.
• Create authentic, custom guest experiences through efficient culinary operations.
• Tailor each guest experience by executing the systems that support efficiency, quality and cleanliness.
• Manage success of culinary portion of private events.
• Responsible for the management of BOH team, to include coaching, counseling, execution, quality, pars, maintenance, and organization of prepped goods.
• Provides accurate weekly reporting, and coordinates all operational tasks required to provide accurate reporting statistics.
• Approves the requisition of products and other necessary food supplies.
• Responsible for daily procedures meet and exceed all health code regulations. Pass all health inspections with a 90 or higher score.

2+ years Chef experience

• 2 years’ experience working in a high-volume, scratch kitchen
• Positive attitude, and passion for making people smile, and truly enjoy their experience.
• Computer skills – proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Ability to oversee a team of 10+ BOH staff
• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for period up to six (6) hours in length.
• Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel and have the ability to lift boxes and equipment frequently weighing up to 25-50 pounds.
