Market is seeking a Chef de Cuisine.

Outside of the obvious cooking skills needed to be a Chef de Cuisine; great palette, knife skills, safety consciousness, butchering of whole animals and fresh pasta making, we are looking for a candidate:

- With a natural ability to lead.

- With the ability to get the most out of other people.

- That works with grace and poise under pressure.

- That proactively works to make the environment and the team better.

- The never settles for anything but the best.

- With minimum 2 years experience as an Exec Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a similar environment.

- 5 days/week. Tuesday-Saturday. Monday/Tuesday are days off.

- 50% contribution towards medical.

- 2 weeks PTO.
