Chief Financial Officer

As the Arrow Family of Companies continues to grow, our Chief Financial Officer will guide all aspects of our financial strategy, collaborating with key stakeholders throughout our organization.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Our Chief Financial Officer oversees all aspects of the Company’s financial activities including accounting, asset/liability management, investment portfolio management, liquidity and

capital planning, and regulatory reporting. The CFO builds relationships across the organization and with investment bankers, research analysts, regulatory agencies and vendors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement the Company’s fiscal plans and policies to ensure compliance with financial regulations and regulators.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to provide strategic planning to help influence future direction of the Company; provide financial insights to align business and finance

strategies and provide an integral role in supporting the long-term investments of the Company.

  • Plan and manage all financial activities of the Company including: budgeting, forecasting, pricing, investor relations, accounting and treasury operations, audit and tax.
  • Perform ongoing financial analysis supporting various initiatives and departments; loan and deposit profitability and pricing, branching, capital improvements, etc.
  • Serve as Chair of ALCO, participate in Senior Management meetings, Audit Committee, Enterprise Risk Management process, IT Steering Committee, and other management committees as appropriate.
  • Serve as Chair of the Company’s Pricing Committee, overseeing pricing of lending,

deposit, wealth and insurance products and services.

  • Interpret and present monthly and quarterly results to Board of Directors and Senior Management.
  • Oversee all filings with SEC, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K as well as quarterly earnings releases.
  • Certify the Company’s Allowance for Credit Losses and associated assumptions and processes as required under CECL.
  • Manage the Bank’s investment portfolio; develop strategies, perform security due diligence and execute trades.
  • Direct Treasury functions, including interest rate risk management and liquidity management.
  • Manage, coach and counsel staff to meet department goals and achieve performance standards; encourage continuous improvement for career development.
  • Serve as Administrator of the Company’s Long-Term Incentive Plan.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Certifications/Experience:

  • Masters of Business Administration preferred; Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required
  • 10+ years of executive finance experience within a publicly-traded, community bank environment required; experience as company Treasurer preferred
  • 10+ years of supervisory experience required
  • Certified Public Accountant or Certified Financial Analyst designation a plus

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Advanced understanding of balance sheet management principles, including interest rate risk, liquidity and capital planning
  • Thorough knowledge of financial and Securities & Exchange Commission regulations and requirements
  • Extensive background in financial analysis, accounting, financial operations management, and investment portfolio management
  • High-level analytical and organizational skills; adept at communicating, both written and verbal, at all levels within an organization as well as with Board

of Directors and other stakeholders

  • Exceptional management and supervisory skills; ability to lead a group of highly trained employees and promote positive culture of continuous quality improvement
  • Big-picture thinker adept at making data-driven decisions while collaborating across the organization
  • Solid foundation of community service including a role in a major organization within the Company’s service delivery area
