About Nexus Chiropractic:

Established chiropractic and massage clinic is hiring a Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk Associate

You will be the first person to greet our patients as they walk in the door. We're looking for a CA with a great attitude that will help patients feel welcomed in the office.

This position entails much more than sitting at a desk. Managing a list of tasks, moving from one to the other, is common in this position. There are many small tasks that will need to be done throughout the day as patients are coming and going. We care for a lot of kids and families, so at times the job position requires caring for children or helping occupy children while their parent is getting adjusted.

JOB DUTIES include:

- General reception duties including answering phones, calling patients, scheduling appointments, faxing, emailing, and data entry of numbers and words

- Collect payments

- Manage patient flow throughout the day

- Record keeping for patient and insurance payments

- Other tracking and statistical office paperwork using Excel

- Keep clinic and rooms cleaned and tidy

- Feel comfortable giving patients information to help them improve their life and health

Hours may include: MWThF 9 am-7 pm; 16-30 hours total for a PT position.

You must have a driver's license and reliable transportation.
